The Bali Bird

✈️Flying to Bali? New Entry Rules Every Aussie Needs to Know to Get You Through Quickly!

Flying into Bali (Ngurah Rai), Jakarta, or Surabaya after 1 September 2025? There’s a new arrival rule you need to know.

👉 All travellers must complete the new All Indonesia Arrival Card.
• Fill it in online within 72 hours before your flight
• You’ll get a QR code to scan at immigration
• Link: allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id

This replaces the old paper forms and is designed to speed up arrivals.

⚠️ Important: this does not replace your visa. You’ll still need to:
Visa on Arrival (VOA): apply online before you fly at molina.imigrasi.go.id OR queue/pay at the airport
Bali Tourism Levy: 150,000 IDR (~AUD $15) – pay online via Love Bali site/app or on arrival
Passport: valid for at least 6 months

Your Pre-Flight Bali Bird Checklist
• Complete the All Indonesia Arrival Card
• Screenshot/print your QR code
• Apply for VOA online (or be ready to queue/pay)
• Pay the tourism levy
• Double-check passport validity

🌺 The Bali Bird tip: knock these off before you fly and you’ll breeze through arrivals, straight to the beachside cocktails. 🌺
